1、 The normal storage period for purchasing and forwarding packages is 100 days, starting from the order status of "received". If the package waybill is not submitted or any feedback is not given after 60 days, it will be considered as giving up the goods, and we will dispose of expired goods uniformly.
2、 The deadline for abnormal packages (i.e. packages that have been signed for but have not submitted orders or completed logistics information) is 60 days, starting from the order status of "signed for". Due to the inability to match relevant orders and users with such packages, no reminders can be given. If the deadline is exceeded, it will be considered as abandonment of storage and destruction.
Related notice:
1. During the storage period, is responsible for the custody of the goods and bears the corresponding responsibility, but the shelf life of the goods is not within the scope of storage (for example, the shelf life of perishable items is only 1 month).
2. We will not provide any notifications about destroyed goods.
